Right in the centre of Torremolinos, in the Congreso building on Pasaje Río Ribota, this 35 m² apartment sits on the third floor with its own terrace and mountain views: a quiet base from which everything is within walking distance. Plaza Costa del Sol and Calle San Miguel, the town's main pedestrian street, are steps away, and Bajondillo Beach is about a 15-minute walk. The apartment has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a lounge with a TV, air conditioning with heating and WiFi. The terrace comes with outdoor furniture and is the best corner of the place, for breakfast or an evening drink. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker, along with crockery, glasses, wine glasses and cutlery (there is no oven or dishwasher). The bathroom is private, with a shower and a hairdryer, and there is a washing machine, an iron and a clothes airer, very handy for longer stays. Bed linen, pillows and towels are included, and the building has a lift. Getting here is easy: from Málaga Airport, 8 km away, the C1 train reaches Torremolinos in about 20 minutes, or roughly 15 minutes by taxi. Benalmádena marina is 5.1 km away. There is no private parking space, but street parking is free and there is a paid underground car park a 5-minute walk away.
