2. What Costivia is

Costivia is the trading name under which the owner offers, for direct booking, the holiday apartments he manages in Torremolinos and Benalmádena. It is not a travel agency or a marketplace between third parties.

Each apartment publishes its tourist licence number on its page. If one is missing, write to us and we will provide it.

Requests sent by email, WhatsApp or phone are enquiries about availability and price. They are not a booking: a booking exists only once the owner expressly confirms it.

3. Users

Accessing or using this site confers the status of user, who from that moment accepts the general terms of use set out here. These terms apply regardless of any contracting conditions that may be mandatory.

4. Use of the site

The website gives access to information, services and data belonging to the owner. Users are responsible for the use they make of the site.

Using the site for unlawful purposes, in a way that harms the rights of third parties, or that may damage, overload or prevent its normal use, is prohibited.

5. Data protection

Everything concerning the processing of personal data is set out in the Privacy policy. The use of cookies is detailed in the Cookie policy.

6. Intellectual and industrial property

Iván Pérez Gil, in his own right or as assignee, owns all intellectual and industrial property rights in this website and in the elements it contains: images, text, video, software, trade marks and logos, colour combinations, structure, design and selection of materials.

The reproduction, distribution and public communication, including making available, of all or part of the contents of this site for commercial purposes, in any medium and by any technical means, is expressly prohibited without the owner’s authorisation.

7. Exclusion of warranties and liability

The owner accepts no liability for damage of any kind that may arise from, by way of example, errors or omissions in the contents, unavailability of the site, or the transmission of viruses or malicious software, despite having adopted the necessary technological measures to prevent it.

Availability and price information shown on the site is indicative until confirmed in writing.

8. Changes

The owner reserves the right to make, without prior notice, any changes he sees fit to the site, and may alter, remove or add contents and services, as well as the way they are presented.

Should this site include links to other internet sites, the owner exercises no control over those sites or their contents and accepts no liability for them.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The relationship between the owner and the user is governed by Spanish law in force. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Málaga, unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
