Torremolinos has a population of 71,329 (INE, 2025), almost 7 km of coastline and lies about 13 km from the centre of Málaga. Of our four areas, it is the best connected to the airport: the Cercanías local train gets there in about 9 minutes from Torremolinos station.

Getting around
Torremolinos has five stations on the Cercanías C1 line (Málaga-Fuengirola): Los Álamos, La Colina, Torremolinos, Montemar Alto and El Pinillo. From Torremolinos station it takes about 9 minutes to reach the airport and about 18 to Málaga Centro-Alameda (Renfe).
By road, the A-7 skirts the north of the municipality and connects it with Málaga, Benalmádena and Fuengirola.
