How much does an apartment cost in Torremolinos?

As a guide, a 70 m² flat at the municipality's average asking price would cost around 294,000 € (4,199 €/m², Idealista, September 2026). But the range is wide: the same flat would cost about 189,000 € in El Pinar-Palacio de Congresos (2,704 €/m²) and about 366,000 € in Playamar (5,222 €/m²).

If your budget is tight, look at El Pinillo, La Leala-El Saltillo, Montemar or the centre, at between 3,700 and 3,950 €/m². Frontline properties and the beach neighbourhoods (Playamar, Bajondillo, La Carihuela) are the most expensive and the ones that have risen most over the last year.
